HANA: Not an appliance any more

It has been a critic about HANA: It is sold as an appliance.

Many customers do not want an appliance in their DC. They have an existing strategy about the hardware, the setup of systems and the way the configuration should be.

SAP did receive this feedback – and is reacting.

It will be possible to install SAP HANA, SAP would like to review the hardware though.

So more good news for spreading the word.

SAP NetWeaver Single Sign-On 2.0 available for Ramp-Up!
